AbleJam is a product by APICE. We respect your privacy and collect only the data needed to sell you a license and provide support. This page is an informational summary; for requests, write to support@ablejam.com.
Data controller
The controller is APICE, reachable at support@ablejam.com. For any question about your data you can write to us at any time.
Data we collect
For purchases: your name and email, needed to issue the license and send your serial. For the site: technical data and aggregate browsing statistics. The desktop app runs locally and does not send your Ableton projects to our servers.
Payments
Payments are handled by a third-party provider (e.g. Stripe). Your card details are processed directly by the payment processor: we never see or store card numbers.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to the newsletter, we use your email only to send you AbleJam updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every message.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification or deletion of your data, and object to processing. Write to support@ablejam.com and we'll act on your request.
Cookies
We use technical cookies required for the site to work and, where applicable, aggregate analytics cookies. We do not sell your data to third parties.
